Pastor Trei Watters

Senior Pastor

Pastor Trei began ministry in Tucson as a senior in high school in 1987 and has served in churches throughout Arizona ever since.  New to Rincon, Pastor Trei's first Sunday as senior pastor was November 19, 2017.

"My desire is to see our church become a house of prayer, filled with people who love God, love one another, and truly love our neighbors.  My hope is that we would become a place that embodies the trio of statements we often say around here:
Everyone is welcome.  Nobody is perfect. All things are possible."

Pastor David Eckert

Associate Pastor and Music Minister

Pastor David was called into the ministry while commissioned in the United States Navy in 1990. A graduate of the University of Texas, he holds a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served churches in California, Texas, Illinois, and Arizona. He is the principle horn player for the Arizona Symphonic Winds and has performed with the Sierra Vista Symphony Orchestra, the Dulce Musica Woodwind Quintet, the Civic Orchestra of Tucson, the Desert Mountain Brass Quintet, and the University Community Chorus.  Pastor David has been called to lead the redeemed in Christ to obey the Great Commandment and the Great Commission through the mandate of the 150th Psalm, fulfilling their ultimate purpose of glorifying God and enjoying Him forever.

Jon Plumb

Jon was saved on June 3rd, 1990 and was led by the Holy Spirit to spend the next 15 years of his life studying the scriptures.  Obedient to that call, Jon has always felt wherever the Lord places him is preparation for his next step.  Jon recently joined the staff in 2016 and can be found around the campus wearing many hats.
